State treasury winner announced

Hewlet Packard won a state tender for supplying a computer driven state information system for the state treasury, Finance Ministry's tender committee announced yesterday. Hewlet Packard was already announced the winner of the tender last year in December but a competing Siemens Business Services GmbH & Co. objected to the decision and the committee had to re-evaluate the offers.
