U.S. Steel criticises VSŽ shares sale

U.S. Steel Košice spokesman Jozef Marko said that the mother company U.S. Steel Corporation was considering to sell its 24.5 percent share in VSŽ steel maker because "Cabinet has made an untransparent deal with the VSŽ shares".
