Slovak-Hungarian talks stalled

No progress has been achieved at bilateral meeting of Slovak and Hungarian negotiators regarding the controversial Act on Hungarians living abroad. However, Csaba Loricz who lead the Hungarian delegation said that it was his country's priority to search for a compromise.
