Piešťany spa for sale again

Potential buyers of a 67% stake in Piešťany spa have to submit their offers by January 24. The spa was originally fraudulently bought by Karol Martinka and the second tender in 2001 was halted. National Property Fund's (FNM) Táňa Lesajová said that should the offered price "not be adequate with the fund's expectation, the tender may again be cancelled".
