Slovak construction engineer, Robert Takács from Senec, was the first Hungarian national living abroad to receive a card which enables him and his family to enjoy a range of work, travel, and study advantages in Hungary. Hungarian President Ferenc Madl delivered the card to Takács personally in the parliament building in Budapest.
