Hewlett Packard wins tender

COMPUTER firm Hewlett Packard (HP) has for the third time won a tender to supply an information system for the Finance Ministry's State Treasury.

HP won the tender after another bidder electronics firm Siemens Services GmbH & Co. objected to the results of the two decisions made by the Finance Ministry's commission in autumn last year.

Siemens appealed to the Public Procurement Office which accepted the objection before the end of the year. However, the same commission declared Hewlett Packard the winner for the third time.
