Agriculture Minister Pavel Koncoš has admitted that his employees acted unlawfully when they refused to provide journalists with information regarding funding his ministry distributed to private companies in 2000. In accordance with the free access to information law, bureaucrats are obliged to provide the public with information, except for that which is classified.
