Letter to the Editor: Close shops on Sundays

I agree with Bishop Július Filo that shops should be closed on Sunday ["Church launches campaign", News briefs, Vol. 8, No.2, January 21 - 27]. I understand the other side that many people do not attend church regardless of whether the shops are open on Sunday or not. But the 2000-year-old tradition is a worthy tradition for Slovakia to uphold among all the nations of the world.
