Reader feedback: What of Rusyn translations?

The Rusyn language in Slovakia was codified and accepted by the government in 1995 ("Roma translations coming", News Shorts, February 4 - 11, 2002, Vol. 8, No.4). Where are the Rusyn-language editions of these documents?
