Siemens wins third appeal of tender

German info tech firm Siemens Business Services has won its third appeal of a tender result for the provision of an information system for the Slovak state treasury; the tender, now a year old, has been won three times by Hewlett Packard, but Siemens’ charges of improper methodology among the tender commission have also been upheld three times by the Office for Public Procurement.
