Leoni triples turnover to Sk1.5 bn

CABLE maker Leoni Slowakia of Nová Dubnica reported a turnover of Sk1.5 billion for 2001. The company has tripled its annual turnover in three years from Sk493 million. The output of the whole Leoni group in Slovakia amounted to Sk3.5 billion last year. "Despite facing a global recession, our goal is to maintain output and stabilise the number of employees in 2002," said economic director Jaroslava Remšiková.
