UMTS tender delayed again

A tender for a GSM and a ‘third generation’ UMTS mobile operator’s license has again been delayed because of legal mistakes in a form published by the Telecom Ministry on which potential bidders can indicate interest. The new deadline for submission of license requests is May 2.
