Power generator SE gets a new board of directors

A special shareholders meeting at power generator Slovenské Elektrárne (SE) dismissed the entire board of directors and almost the entire supervisory board, leaving only members representing the employees of the company. Štefan Košovan was elected chair of the board of directors. Karol Česnek, ex-minister of economy and former SE director general, was elected chairman of the supervisory board. SE is Slovak monopoly energy producer.
