September jobless rate unchanged at 13.76%

Slovak September unemployment was unchanged from August at 13.76%, the Labour Office said in a statement on October 20. The Labour Office changed its methodology for calculating the unemployment rate at the end of last year. The rate is now based on those unemployed who are immediately available for work. In September that figure was 358,767 people.
