VSŽ creates joint venture with two Slovak companies

A joint venture comprising VSŽ Holding a.s. Košice, Eurotrade a.s. Košice and Eurošarm s.r.o. Rakovo was set up in Rakovo (a village in North Slovakia) under the name Profil s.r.o.. Profil is the first company in Slovakia producing lengthwise welded pipes. According to the director of the factory, Jela Ondrušková, these products will be sold above all to domestic wholesaling companies dealing with smelting material, while the rest of production will be exported.
