Slovak power stations funded by Americans

The US Trade and Development Agency will donate $735,000 for the completion of two studies on the modernisation of power plants in the towns of Vojany and Nováky. Slovakia obtained the grant based on two agreements, which were signed by the chairman of the board of directors of Slovak Electricity Works (Slovenské elektrárne, SE) a.s. Bratislava, Eduard Strýček, and the US ambassador to Slovakia, Ralph Johnson.
