Six Days, Seven Nights- An odd couple falls in love...
Charlie Centre
Špitálska 4, Tel.: 363-396
Ends 30.9.: 18.30, 20.30
Though the film won't linger in the mind even that long, it adheres painlessly to a crowd-pleasing blueprint that has scored with audiences from the African Queen to Father Goose. Have a pair of romantic opposites roughing it in the jungle or on a remote island , and they'll fall for each other faster than you can say "Gilligan". Six Days, Seven Nights is so thoroughly drenched in cinematographer Michael Chapman's picture-postcard colors that it's never less than a consummate visual treat. This is the kind of piffle that plays just a little bit better if you can see it while mildly sunburned. If this movie were a drink, there'd be an umbrella and a cherry floating inside it. Starring Harrison Ford, Anne Heche and David Schwimmer.
