Another US warning

US Undersecretary of State for Europe and Euro-Asia, Elizabeth Jones, on March 18 became the latest in a series of American officials who have warned Slovaks that if the opposition HZDS formed the government after 2002 elections, Slovakia would not be invited to join Nato. “We’re not telling Slovaks how to vote, we’re just saying what Nato’s entry criteria are,” Jones said.
