A fool-proof strategy

HEALTH Minister Roman Kováč told the public of a trick that years ago helped him to quit smoking.

He said he would put a photo of a man whom he considered to be an idiot in his packet of cigarettes.

"Every time I had this unconquerable desire for a cigarette, I first had to face a man I considered an idiot, but who had managed to quit smoking," said the minister, who refused to say who the man was.
