Mečiar ends US trip on positive note

Former PM Vladimír Mečiar ended his US trip with a speech at the World Affairs Council club in Los Angeles attended by about 100 people, most of whom were Americans of Slovak heritage. He spoke of his support for Slovak integration, fielded questions about guarantees of security for foreign investors, and met LA media.
