Russian debt mostly for nuclear power stations

The cabinet yesterday approved the recovery this year of $135.2 million worth of the debt Russia owes Slovakia. Most of the settlement ($30 million), which will be ‘paid’ in offset goods, will be fuel for Slovakia’s two nuclear plants.
