Tatra climbers in Himalayas

THREE Slovak mountain climbers - Peter Frankovič, Vladimír Štrba and Martin Gablík - have arrived in Nepal's capital Kathmandu. They are among a 10-member international expedition climbing the world's fifth highest peak, Makalu (8,463 metres above sea level). The final ascent to the summit is scheduled to begin on May 15.
