ČSOB enters mortgage market

THE SLOVAK arm of Czech bank Československá Obchodná Banka (CSOB) entered Slovakia's mortgage lending market on April 2. ČSOB is offering loans of upwards of Sk200,000 for terms ranging from 5 to 25 years to finance the purchase, construction, modernisation and maintenance of housing units.
