VW Slovakia on track for 2002 goals

Volkswagen Slovakia made 51,300 cars and 4.5 million components in the first quarter of 2002, in line with its full-year target of making over 200,000 vehicles, up from 182,000 last year.

On Wednesday, Slovak literature will be presented in one of the biggest bookstores in London. Among the new books translated into English is also the anthology of current Slovak prose selected and translated by Magdalena Mullek and Júlia Sherwood.
