EBRD to assist in financing power plant

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has indicated interest in participating in a Sk10 billion ($210 million) project to build a power plant for foreign consortium Malženice Power near the west Slovak city of Trnava. Malženice is a joint venture between the Swiss Advanced Power AG and the German Siemens.
