VÚB Kupón remains united

VÚB Kupón's July 8 shareholders' meeting decided that the investment fund - Slovakia's largest - will not split into two new funds. The idea was that one of the new funds would be dominated by corporate investors and the other by small shareholders. VÚB Kupón is one of the few investment funds that have not transformed into a classical joint stock company.
