German bank puts Sk bonds

The German bank Bayerische Vereinsbank has issued Eurobonds denominated in Sk with a total volume of 1 billion Sk ($30.3 million). The 1-year bonds bear an interest of 13.75 percent p.a and mature on May 6, 1998.

Their price at primary sale was set at 100.95 percent, and they will be traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
