VSŽ, the steel mill located in Košice, and BUDVA, a waterworks and sewer construction company in Montenegro, signed a contract to establish a joint venture to construct a waterworks project in this newly independent country of the former Yugoslavia, VSŽ officials announced. The construction will see total investments worth $120 million . VSŽ wants also to supply technology. The joint venture is pending approval by Montenegro's government.
