Škoda enters Mochovce tender

Škoda Prague Inc., a car manufacturer in the Czech Republic, will participate in a tender to complete the third and fourth block of the Mochovce nuclear power plant, now 25 percent complete, the firm's representatives announced. The completion will require a total investment of 36 billion Sk. Škoda hopes to be the general technology supplier to complete the construction, targeted for 2003, since the company already is the general technology supplier for Mochovce's first two blocks.
