Benzinol issues corporate bonds

Benzinol, the Slovak petrol distribution chain owned by Slovnaft, will issue corporate bonds worth 1 billion Sk on July 4. The interest rate was set at 11.85 percent. Issue conditions include a call option for Benzinol to prematurely pay the par value after the third year.
