ST barred from running ADSL technology

The Anti-Monopoly Office has stopped monopoly telecoms provider Slovenské telekomunikácie (ST) from offering its ADSL fast Internet access technology, upholding complaints the firm was charging competitors three times the price the firm was selling it through its own access provider, ST Online.

ST has rejected the office's reasoning, saying it was based entirely on a complaint by the independent Association of Internet Providers.
