THE ORCHESTRA of the Military Air Academy in Middle Wallop, UK, will perform in front of the Slovak National Theatre on Bratislava's Hviezdoslavovo Square on June 18 at 12:00.

Founded in 1993, the orchestra under the leadership of the Prince of Wales has played at garden celebrations for Buckingham Palace, royal tournaments and the 50th anniversary of D-Day in the English towns of Portsmouth and Southampton. Apart from classical concerts and marching performances the group also features various small orchestras, fanfare trumpeters and jazz variations.

The event is part of the opening week of the Summer of Culture festival in Bratislava Old Town that will last the whole summer.
