Slovakofarma, U.S. firm establish joint venture

Pharmaceutical companies Slovakofarma, Inc. in Hlohovec and the American firm Eli Lilly agreed to establish a joint venture for the production and sale of oral antibiotics. Each company will invest approximately 100 million Sk into the venture, which will start up in the second half of 1996.
