Health minister wants more white babies

The Union of Romany Political Parties in Slovakia (URPSS) expressed concern about a recent statement made by Health Minister Ľubomír Javorský, a member of the HZDS. Speaking at a citizens' rally in Košice, Javorský stated that "the government will do everything to ensure that more white children are born," the daily Národna obroda reported. The URPSS responded by calling for a demonstration on November 15 in Košice.
