The DU says it's legal

DU deputy chairman Ľudovit Černak criticized STV for not allowing him to respond to new allegations that his party did not have enough signatures to compete in last fall's parliamentary elections (10,000 signatures were required). According to Černak, a police investigation has found that 11,313 signatures were valid. However, police have not released an official statement.
