Potato paucity

The state fund of market regulation has proposed a duty decrease on the planned import of 100,000 tons of potatoes. Last year, the amount of land for potato-growing decreased by 10.4 percent and the average crop was 9.6 t/ha. The EU standard is 25 t/ha.
