Army engineers to Afghanistan

PARLIAMENT on June 19 voted to send a unit of Slovak army engineers to Afghanistan to help repair the airport in Bagram. The expedition, which has been received with approval by Nato leaders, will last six months and cost Sk100 million ($2.1 million).
