What the existing law says

* Public media - Slovak Radio and Slovak Television - shall provide a total of 21 hours of broadcast time to each party for pre-election advertising, distributing the time so that none of the competing parties is disadvantaged. Parties are responsible for the content of their ads. Ads on private media are regulated by broadcast law, which forbids them.
