SAV study predicts economic benefits from EU entry

A study by the Slovak Academy of Sciences has predicted that entering the European Union will have a positive impact on the Slovak economy, with unemployment likely to fall from the current 18.2 per cent to 15 per cent by 2008, and real wages to rise 33 per cent in the same time.
