SPP investors take board seats

At a shareholders meeting yesterday the SPP gas utility elected members of an investment consortium which bought a minority stake in the firm earlier this year to its board of directors.

Ulrich Scholer, board president, and Jan Massman will represent Ruhrgas, while Philippe Boucly and Jean-Francois Carriere will sit for Gaz de France. A third member of the consortium, Gazprom, has not yet paid its share of the transaction.
