Schuster returns Telecom Law

President Rudolf Schuster has returned the Telecom Law to parliament, although according to a spokesman has no doubts regarding the need to open the telecom market to competition for incumbent Slovak Telecom starting next year. Schuster noticed the bill set various fines for the same infractions, the spokesman explained.
