Lexa court files on Internet

Three court indictments against Ivan Lexa have been published on the Internet by an unknown party at http://www.geocities.com/ivanlexa2002/. Lexa, the former head of the Slovak service, is being investigated on eight charges stemming from his 1995-1998 SIS tenure. The indictments contain detailed police information on the 1995 kidnapping of Michal Kováč Jr., and of the role allegedly played by Lexa and other secret service officers in conducting the operation.
