Lexa loses parliamentary immunity, could be going back to jail

State prosecutor Michal Serbin says the expiry of the parliamentary mandate, and thus the immunity from prosecution, of ex-secret service boss Ivan Lexa on the weekend will make it easier to proceed against him on 10 charges he faces.
