Unemployment falls again

REGISTERED unemployment fell in September by 0.35 basis points from the month before to 17.9 per cent, or more than 480,000 people, some 15,000 fewer than in September 2001, according to the National Labour Office.

Analysts said the development reflected the slow but steady increase in 'greenfield' factory projects established by foreign investors.
