EU referendum for June 2003

A referendum on Slovakia’s entry to the European Union is to be held on June 7, 2003, with the over approval of over half the registered voters participating being required for the results to be valid.

It is not yet known whether the referendum must return a positive result for Slovakia’s planned EU entry to go forward.
