First Devín Banka offenders charged

Police have charged a Japanese national with fraud in the 2001 crash of Devin Banka after finding a letter issued by a Hong Kong bank and confirming a $70 million deposit had been falsified. The bank failure cost the state 11 billion crowns ($265 million).

Other charges are expected to come in the near future, said police.
