Coalition fight continues

A meeting of the four coalition parties will try to resolve a dispute over the appointment of party nominees to posts at state-controlled institutions, a question which has the Christian Democrats and Ano parties at loggerheads.

The dispute erupted last week when Economy Minister Robert Nemcsics, representing Ano, appointed to the leadership of the SE electricity utility representatives of every ruling coalition party except the Christian Democrats.

SE is to be privatised next year.
