Reader feedback: Keep it in the family

Re: God, the new boy in class, By Lukáš Fila, Vol 8, No 47, Dec 9 - 15

Religion should definitely be kept within the family. What about non-Catholic children, what about parents who decide to raise their children in a non-religious way? They would get the religion imposed on them. What about their rights? You can teach your tots values without Jesus. Religion should be a choice, not a must. Moreover, have you ever thought about how horrible it is for a child to see a half naked, bleeding man nailed to a cross? I do not want my kids to be faced with that every day.
