Migrants die after crossing Slovak border

Three Indian nationals died after illegally crossing the Ukraine border into Slovakia, while nine other members of their migrant group surrendered to police and demanded asylum. They had been abandoned by their couriers.

While police have not said how the migrants died, they reported the group had been hungry and cold after spending several days in one location in Ukraine.
