Slovak firm buys 10,000 Czech flats

Třinecké steelworks has sold 10,000 flats to a subsidiary of Slovak finance group Istrokapitál.

Another subsidiary of the group has already bought over 3,500 flats across the Czech Republic. The new purchase means that Istrokapitál is now the largest investor in rental flats in that country.
